About Party Packages
Most events come down to the same five or six decisions: tent or no tent, how many tables, how many chairs, what kind of chairs, do we want a movie screen, are we doing concessions. Our packages collapse all of that into one choice. Each package is sized to a real event we see all the time in NJ — backyard weddings, graduations, company picnics, movie nights in the yard — and each one includes delivery, setup, and breakdown. You pick the package that matches your event. We bring everything, level it on your grass, and come back to take it all down. Available across Westfield, Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Summit, Clark, Chatham, and the rest of NJ.
Starting at $300/day
Four tiers sized for 16, 25, 50, or 75 guests. Each tier bundles the right tent with the right table count and the right chair count. The default pick when you're hosting at home and want one decision to cover the whole event.

Sign the agreement and submit payment to lock in your date.
Our team arrives on schedule, installs every piece, and double-checks the setup before we leave.

Good to Know
For most events, the package is the same or slightly better than the line-item total — and it's a much faster booking. The real savings is time and decisions. You're not pricing six items against six suppliers; you're picking one bundle. If your event needs something a package doesn't include (extra concessions, a specific entertainment add-on, a larger tent), we add it on at the standard quote rate.
Yes, that's normal. Most packages get tweaked. Swap padded folding for Chiavari on the Tent Package, add a popcorn machine to the Movie Night Package, layer catering coordination onto the Corporate Package. Tell us what's fixed and what's flexible when you request a quote and we'll price the actual mix.
For a backyard wedding, the Tent Package is the foundation — Tier C (30×30 frame, 10 round tables, 75 chairs with Chiavari upgrade) suits most. Layer in catering coordination through our Catering Services and a videographer if you want the day captured. For larger weddings, we coordinate beyond the standard package — tell us your headcount and venue and we'll build the right setup.
Graduation Package — 4 to 6 weeks for May–June dates, the season fills early. Corporate Package — 3 to 4 weeks for spring and fall corporate-event peaks. Tent Package and Movie Night — 2 to 4 weeks is usually fine outside graduation season. For last-minute requests, call us first; we'll tell you honestly whether the date is workable.
Permits requiring town review beyond standard tent permits, specialty linens beyond standard event colors, alcohol service, and food itself (we coordinate catering through our Catering Services, but the food is billed by the restaurant). Everything that is included — tent, tables, chairs, package-specific equipment, delivery, setup, breakdown — is right in the package description.
