We rent commercial-grade frame tents that anchor cleanly on grass, driveways, or pavement, and we handle the parts most people don't think about until it's too late: the town permit, the weather call, the level setup on a sloped lawn. 200 sq ft — our most compact frame tent. Fits two round tables and 16 chairs, seating about 16 guests (up to 20 in a tighter layout). Great for small backyard gatherings, graduation cookouts, and vendor or market booths.

Good to Know
Most NJ towns require a permit for event tents, with the trigger varying by size and local ordinance. We handle the permit application as part of every full-service tent rental — you tell us the date and address, we file the paperwork.
Frame tents are built to handle weather. We monitor forecasts in the days leading up to your event, and our team follows industry-standard wind safety thresholds. If a serious storm is rolling in, we'll talk through options ahead of time — sidewalls, timing adjustments, or in rare cases an evacuation plan. You're not alone with the call.
For a 20×30, you want roughly a 25×35 clear area to allow for stake or weight placement around the perimeter. For a 30×30, plan on about 35×35. Grass, driveway, and pavement all work — frame tents don't need stakes if the surface won't allow them. Send us a photo of your space when you request a quote and we'll confirm the fit.
For graduation season (May–June) and fall wedding weekends, four to eight weeks out is the safe window. Off-peak dates can often be booked closer in. Last-minute requests — call us first; we'll tell you honestly whether the date is workable.
