About This Package

Booking a corporate event means satisfying three teams at once. Facilities wants the COI named correctly and the delivery scheduled inside their window. Finance wants an invoice their system accepts on the first try. Leadership wants a setup that doesn't embarrass the brand in the photos. Most rental shops handle one of those well and treat the other two as your problem. The Corporate Package is built to clear all three from a single booking — wedding-grade inventory under the tent, COI and permits filed before delivery, an invoice formatted to your procurement requirements. Built for company picnics, conferences, fundraisers, town halls, school events, and municipal celebrations across Westfield, Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Summit, Clark, Chatham, and the rest of NJ.

What's in the Package

The package gives you the tent sized to your headcount, the matching tables (banquet, round, or cocktail combinations depending on the format), the matching chairs, and full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown. Standard on every corporate booking: certificate of insurance issued to your entity with the coverage your contract requires, town tent permit filed where applicable, vendor-pass coordination with facilities or building management. Optional layers — entertainment, concessions, mobile bar, branded signage — drop in without restarting the booking. One contract, one point of contact, one team on the ground.

Pricing

Starting Price

Corporate Package

Pricing scales with headcount, event format, and the add-on layers you select. Send your guest count, event type (picnic, conference, fundraiser, town hall, ribbon-cutting), and the date with your quote request. For repeat-event clients, we keep your specifications on file — the second quote typically returns within hours rather than days. Procurement and PO requirements accommodated; tell us at quote stage what your finance team needs and we shape the invoice to match.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard. We issue the certificate of insurance to your entity name with the coverage limits your contract or master service agreement requires, route it to the contact your facilities team specifies, and add any additional insureds (parent company, landlord, third-party site managers) before delivery. If your risk team has specific policy-language requirements or a particular endorsement format, send those at quote stage and we work them into the certificate rather than scrambling for them the week of the event.

Yes. Tell us at booking what your finance team needs — a PO number, specific line-item categories, fixed payment terms set by your master agreement, or formatting for a particular expense platform. We build the invoice to match the first time so it clears review without rounds of revision. For repeat-client accounts, we keep the invoice template on file and apply it automatically to every future booking. The goal is the same one any procurement team has: a vendor whose paperwork clears on the first pass.

Yes, and it's the most efficient way to use the package. After the first event we file your equipment list, delivery instructions, COI template, invoicing format, and the contact tree on your end. The next quarter is a single message — same setup, new date, refreshed headcount — and we return a quote against your record instead of starting from scratch. Common pattern for sales kickoffs, town halls, holiday parties, recurring fundraisers, and any internal series that uses the same equipment from one quarter to the next.

Plenty of options. For a larger event we split the setup across multiple tents on the same site, scope our equipment to a defined portion of the event (registration, breakouts, sponsor activations) while a venue or larger structure handles the general session, or coordinate with a partner for the equipment we don't carry in-house. Tell us the full headcount and venue at quote stage and we'll lay out exactly what we handle directly and what gets coordinated through partners.

We provide the bar service infrastructure — the bar setup, glassware, ice handling, and bartending staff. The alcohol itself runs through the host or the venue per NJ law, since caterers and rental companies don't hold the retail liquor license that would let us supply the inventory for an off-premise function. In practice this means you either purchase the alcohol directly or route it through a licensed venue partner, and we handle the service side. Tell us at quote which path you're taking and we shape the bar setup to match.
